We at Crystal Browbands know how important it is for you to purchase the correct browband in the perfect colours and style. We have created a website where it is quick and easy for you to do so. Ordering at Crystal Browbands couldn't be simpler! We Strongly recommend that you measure an existing browband before placing an order, to make sure that you have the right size. All of our browbands are made to order, so we will always have the right size for you.
Overseas orders & P&P
We regulary send our browbands worldwide. We use Airsure which is quick and reliable and will cost in the region of £9.99 for a Browband/Buttonhole order. If you would like to place an international order please email us at order@crystalbrowbands.co.uk. International orders can be placed via our website using the standard UK postage costs, however will be subject to an invoice for the additional postage charge before the order can be sent.
Returns and exchanges.
Your business is important to us and we want you to be happy with your purchase. We strive to be the best and provide the best service. In the unlikely event that you are not happy with your order, we will issue a refund, providing that you notify us within 7 days of receipt of goods, and that they are returned to us unused, unsoiled and in the original packaging. We are not liable for returned items that are lost in the post. It is essential that you check your browband size before ordering, preferably by measuring an existing browband. Please note - all of our browbands are made on a 1 Inch wide browband unless you (the customer) request different. Returns will not be accepted because they are the wrong size. As all of our browbands are made to order especially for you, they are non returnable. Orders that are made up in a non-standard style, i.e. different flags/rosette styles are non-returnable. Returns for any other reason will be solely at our discretion, and if accepted will be subject to a 30% handling fee. Trade orders are not included in our standard refund policy.
